Moletto Pomodoro Gin

Moletto Pomodoro Gin is a traditional gin enhanced by craft-quality distillation and a creative Italian flair from the Veneto region — the Italian region most associated with distillation. The gin combines carefully chosen juniper berries from the Alps and the Mediterranean coast with the singularly Italian addition of the finest ripe Italian tomatoes (pomodoro), producing a gin that is unmistakably tied to its origin.

Selected mixed grains are distilled in artisanal copper stills to produce the alcohol base. Separate infusions of Alpine juniper and Mediterranean-coast juniper steep and impart their flavors before blending together with the grain alcohol to form a traditional gin spirit base. The tomato addition gives a natural Italian aroma and character that no other commercial gin replicates. The Moletto winery family contribution is rooted in three generations of “wine culture” on the Motta di Livenza estate.
