Malfy Gin is made at Torino Distillati in Moncalieri, near Turin, by master distillers Beppe Ronco and Denis Muni. Every Malfy expression is united by the same production method: Sicilian citrus peels are infused with Italian juniper in Italian grain spirit, then distilled in a stainless-steel vacuum still. Vacuum distillation uses lower temperatures than conventional distillation, preserving the volatile aromatic compounds of fresh citrus that higher heat would destroy — the reason Malfy gins taste so vividly of their namesake fruit.

• Malfy Originale — The flagship. A classic Italian dry gin built on juniper and Italian botanicals with a clean, citrus-forward profile.
