Farmer's Gin was created by Crop Harvest Earth in partnership with 1,000 Springs Mill Farm — a family-owned, third-generation non-GMO operation in southern Idaho. The ethos is farm-to-bottle in the most literal sense: the wheat that forms the base spirit is grown by the same people who make the gin, on land they've farmed for generations. The grain is distilled at Idaho-based Distilled Resources, where the botanicals — all USDA-certified organic — are infused into the base spirit in small batches for a remarkably clean and balanced result.
