East London Liquor Company Premium Gin Batch No. 2 is a herbaceous, savoury gin distilled from 100% British wheat spirit — infused with juniper, coriander seed, orris and angelica root, lemon peel, thyme, winter savoury, fennel seed, sage, bay leaf, and lavender. An English-herb-garden recipe perfect in a negroni or wet martini.

East London Liquor Company distills in custom-built Arnold Holstein copper stills at the old glue factory in Bow Wharf, bringing spirits production back to London’s East End. Batch No. 2 leans savoury and aromatic, built for stirred cocktails.
