Caorunn Highland Strength is the bolder, navy-proof bottling of Caorunn Gin from Balmenach Distillery in the Speyside region of the Scottish Highlands — distilled in the same Copper Berry Chamber as the standard Caorunn but bottled at 54% ABV to bring the traditional Scottish botanicals into sharper focus.

Caorunn (pronounced “ka-roon,” from the Gaelic for Rowan Berry) is a distilled modern London Dry Gin handcrafted in 1,000-litre batches at Balmenach by Gin Master Simon Buley. Six traditional and five Celtic botanicals — including Rowan Berries, Heather, Coul Blush Apples, Dandelion, and Bog Myrtle — are infused in the world’s only working Copper Berry Chamber, originally built in the 1920s for perfume essential-oil extraction. Vapors pass through four botanical trays at just 12 litres per minute for maximum flavor uptake. Apple is a hero botanical of the Caorunn perfect serve — fresh red apple wedge with premium Indian tonic.
