I was skeptical but the whole transaction was smooth
United StatesI found Wooden Cork to be reliable both in its product and in its delivery. The Weller came when they said it would and the bottles were in perfect condition. I have friends who order elsewhere and have difficulty. I recommend Wooden Cork to all my friends.

United StatesVery furstrated! I ordered the bourbon for my Husband as an Anniversary gift. I called before making my purchase to be sure the item was in stock. I was able to speak with someone and they were able to confirm that the item I was interested in was in stock and ready to be shipped! I went ahead and proceeded with my purchase of the bourbon. I received an email the following evening saying "Your shipment is on the way" and it included a FedEx Tracking number. I frequently checked my Tracking number only to find out that my order had not been picked by FedEx...I became concerned when the tracking never changed or updated. I was informed by FedEx that Wooden Cork had only created a shipping label and never scheduled my order to be picked up! Rather than accept that someone dropped the ball and didn't follow through the gentlemen on the other end of the phone argued that they had so many days to fulfill my order. He was correct in what he said, however, I had already received a Tracking Number which meant my order was packed up on the FedEx truck and on the way to my Husband for our Anniversary! I am very disappointed with the Customer Service that I received from this company, I will probably not order from them again and will discourage anyone I know not to order from them either.
