English Harbour 5 Year Rum
Distilled from Guyanan sugar cane molasses using a column still, this English Harbour rum is aged for five to eight years in ex-bourbon barrels. English Harbour rum is named after the scenic port on the Caribbean island of Antigua in the Leeward Islands.
Nose: Nose is oaky and fruity with notes of gentle stone fruits and spice.
Palate: The palate is full of orchard fruit notes, a little tropical fruit and winter spice, notes of smoke and tropical tiki cocktails.
Finish: The finish is sweet and spiced.
English Harbour 10 Year Rum
A well-aged Antiguan rum, blended from rums aged between 10 and 25 years. This was matured in bourbon barrels. " English Harbour Reserve 10 Year Old is a blend of rums that are at least ten years old, with rums that are up to 25 years old. English Harbour uses a five-column continuous still for distillation, one of only two copper continuous stills in the Caribbean. The rum is aged in used bourbon and Tennessee whiskey barrels with a handful of oak chips to enhance the interaction between oak and rum.
English Harbour Sherry Cask Finish
A golden rum from Antigua, aged for five years in ex-bourbon casks and finished for up to six months in oloroso sherry casks. The nose holds a rich, sweet sherry character, with aromas of red berries and caramel. The palate opens out into flavors of toasted oak, rich vanilla, ripe cherries and a hint of citrus.
Nose: Through sherry spice and smoke.
Palate: There are notes of blackberry jam, oaky vanilla, burnt caramel and a blend of pineapple, ripe cherries and orange zest.
Finish: Lingering.
