Empirical Symphony 6 is a leaf-driven flavor spirit from Empirical — exploring the aromatic potential of mandarin, lemon, fig, and coffee leaves, elevated by black currant buds, ambrette seeds, and vetiver roots. Bright and floral with citrus, leather, and musk. 40% ABV.

Symphony 6 plays light against dark — refreshing citrus and green fig-leaf notes meeting the leathery muskiness of coffee leaves, ambrette seeds, and vetiver. The lemon and mandarin leaves are macerated and distilled together; coffee leaves are bruised, oxidized, and dried like tea before distillation; black currant buds, fig leaves, ambrette, and vetiver are distilled separately and blended, with a final maceration on coffee leaves. Color comes from carmine. All-natural ingredients, no added sugar.
