Clear Creek Distillery in Portland, Oregon was founded by Steve McCarthy in 1985 and is among the most respected American fruit brandy producers — applying European stone-fruit and pome-fruit techniques to Northwest fruit at single-orchard quality. The Apple Brandy 2 Year is the entry expression of the apple program.
