Bollinger Brut Special Cuvée is the flagship non-vintage Champagne from Bollinger — a golden, Pinot Noir–led Brut with very fine bubbles, beautiful aromatic complexity, ripe fruit and spicy aromas, and a palate of pear, brioche, and fresh walnut.
Bollinger’s Special Cuvée is the most widely available expression of the house’s distinctive style. The Bollinger fundamentals: 405 acres of mostly Grand and Premier cru vineyards providing two-thirds of the house’s needs; 60%+ Pinot Noir across every cuvée; the only remaining cooperage in Champagne with 3,000 oak barrels for base-wine fermentation; reserve wines aged in magnum bottles for non-vintage blending; and all vintage bottles aged under natural cork, hand-riddled and hand-disgorged. The on-screen association with James Bond goes back to 1973.
