TASTING NOTES

NOSE: Fresh green pepper notes that display a rich minerality and
faint agave sweetness
PALATE: Fresh and aged jalapeño flavors mingle well with the agave
base, mid-palate is more vegetal with nuances of cucumber, green
peas, honeysuckle and spicy heat on the tongue
FINISH: Finish is medium zesty with a smooth glowing smolder
