Fortaleza Reposado Winter Blend 2021 is the second release of Guillermo Sauza IV's annual limited barrel selection program — traditionally produced Tequila Valley reposado chosen for the specific balance and complexity that the 2021 harvest and aging program developed, presenting the tahona-crushed, stone-oven-cooked character at its seasonal best.

Each year's Winter Blend reflects the specific conditions of that vintage — the agave harvest, the fermentation character, and the specific barrels selected by Guillermo Sauza from the American white oak aging program. The 2021 carries the signature Fortaleza Reposado profile of citrus, cooked agave, vanilla, and the characteristic oily texture of tahona production, with the specific balance and depth that the 2021 barrel selection produced.
