Produced in a century-old cellar, Arak Brun is triple-distilled in traditional alembics, then matured for five years in old clay jars that lend depth and a smooth, refined character. The estate Obeidi and Cinsault grapes and the anise from Deir el Ahmar in the Baalbek district give it a balanced grape-and-anise profile.
