Our Master Blender Rachel Barrie has sought to create a richer and smoother taste profile with this hand-picked selection of casks.
Color - Deep winter gold.
Nose - Juniper berries and stone fruit, wood-smoke and milk thistle.
Palate - Bellowing peat embers carry butterscotch and Brazil nut toffee interwoven with pine resin.
Finish - Long and intriguing with smoked apple-wood and star anise on a smoldering forest fire.
