Hillrock Solera Aged Bourbon is from Hillrock Estate Distillery in the Hudson Valley, New York — a true field-to-glass craft producer using the historic Solera fractional-aging method, which is rare in American whiskey. Estate-grown grain, on-site malt house, and a multi-cask Solera system combine to produce a bourbon of unusual depth and character.

Hillrock Estate Distillery is one of the few American whiskey producers operating at full estate scale. The Solera Aged expression draws on a fractional aging system more typical of Spanish sherry and Madeira production than American bourbon — each bottling preserves a portion of older whiskey alongside successively younger barrels, building a layered, integrated profile that no single-barrel approach can replicate.
