A fine selection of Moscatel grapes from the valleys of Huasco, Elqui and Limarí, is carefully and jealously distilled in copper stills of discontinuous cycle, and then stored and rested for six months. After that, Alto del Carmen Reservado 40 ° is born, a pisco of Moscatel flavor and great wood character.
