Rock Hill Farms Single Barrel is a bottled-in-bond Kentucky bourbon from Buffalo Trace — aged about 8 years in a single new charred American oak barrel at 100 proof, from a high-rye mash bill that lends spice alongside its sweet notes.
Named for a stretch of rich farmland along the Kentucky River, near Buffalo Trace Distillery, whose limestone waters give the bourbon its distinct character.
