Père Magloire Calvados Pays d’Auge VSOP is a Pays d’Auge Calvados — the AOC of Normandy producing apple brandy from over 100 apples per bottle, distilled in single or double pot-still passes to deliver superb dark golden color, heavily scented apple-blossom aroma, and a deliciously crisp palate that blends fresh fruit with the oak-aged Calvados profile.

Père Magloire is among the most recognized Calvados houses in Normandy. All Calvados Père Magloire products are distilled from apples — it can take more than 100 apples to create a single bottle — and the house uses both single and double distillation to draw the best character from each cuvée. The Pays d’Auge AOC is the most prestigious Calvados appellation, requiring double-distillation in a pot still.
