Additive-Free Tequila

Additive-free tequila is 100% blue Weber agave tequila produced without the four additives the CRT (Tequila Regulatory Council) permits distilleries to add without disclosure: glycerin, caramel coloring, oak extract, and sugar-based syrup. The majority of mass-market and celebrity tequilas include one or more of these additives. The brands in this collection do not.

The movement toward additive-free tequila has grown significantly since the Tequila Matchmaker app began certifying brands through independent laboratory testing and producer attestation.
