Skyy Vodka pays homage to Texas with Lone Star bottle

Skyy Vodka has designed a special limited edition bottle in aid of the Boot Campaign, a Texas-based charity dedicated to military appreciation.

The bottle, which features a giant silver star on the front - the Lone Star of Texas, will only be available for a limited period in Texas from 4 July - the US Independence Day. Jason Daniel, brand director of Skyy Vodka, said: "As an American-made vodka, we understand the importance of giving back to those who protect our freedom day in and day out. "The SKYY Vodka Lone Star Limited Edition Bottle is a great opportunity for Texans to help us provide funding to the Boot Campaign's efforts to make sure our U.S. service men and women get the recognition, respect and support they rightly deserve."
