Volans Tequila is produced at El Pandillo Distillery (NOM 1579) in Jesus María, Jalisco by Master Distiller Felipe Camarena. Additive-free, from mature Blue Weber agave with rain, well, and spring water. Range: Blanco (citrus, floral, black pepper, smooth mouthfeel), Reposado, Añejo (cooked agave, caramel, butterscotch, cinnamon, dried fruit), and the ultra-limited 7-Year Extra Añejo (6yr American white oak + 1yr French oak + 6 months stainless steel, 42.3% ABV, 1,234 bottles).
