Very Olde St. Nick originated in the 1980s for the Japanese export market — now produced by Preservation Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. Small-batch, highly collectible bourbons and ryes aged extended periods and often bottled at cask strength. Range: Immaculata Bourbon (15yr base, 115–120 proof, cinnamon, allspice, pitted fruits), Ancient Cask 8 Year Rye, 12 Year Antique Barrel Bourbon (dark fruit, caramel, oak, spice), Summer Rye Cask Strength, and ultra-limited seasonal releases.
