Pendleton whisky honors the Pendleton Round-Up, one of the oldest rodeos in the American West. Crafted in Canada from northern grains and cut with glacier-fed spring water from Mt. Hood in Oregon, the Midnight expression includes whisky aged over six years in American brandy barrels for a fuller, richer character than the original.
