Kilchoman Rockside 11 Year is a lightly peated Islay single malt made entirely from barley grown at Rockside Farm — Islay's only Single Farm Single Malt — and the first age-statement whisky in Kilchoman's permanent Core Range, at 46% ABV.
Rockside 11 represents Kilchoman's farm-to-bottle philosophy in one of its purest forms: the barley is grown, malted, peated, distilled, matured, and bottled on site at Rockside Farm, home of the distillery. Peated to approximately 20 PPM — considerably lighter than heavily peated expressions like Machir Bay and Sanaig — it lets the barley, citrus, and fruit character stay prominent. Matured 11 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks and bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof), it balances light maritime peat smoke with tropical fruit, citrus, barley sugar, salted caramel, and warm spice. It won a Master Award and was named Best Islay Single Malt Aged Up to 12 Years at the 2026 Scotch Whisky Masters.
