Mirto di Sardegna Tremontis is a traditional Sardinian liqueur made from the wild myrtle berries (Myrtus communis) that grow across the Sardinian countryside — macerated to produce a dark purple, aromatic, slightly sweet digestif unique to the island of Sardinia and protected as a regional specialty.

Mirto is one of Sardinia’s most distinctive and culturally significant liqueurs, traditionally served chilled or on the rocks as a digestif after meals. The myrtle plant grows wild throughout the island, and the harvest and maceration of the berries is a centuries-old Sardinian practice.
