Spirit of Hven is a Swedish craft distillery established in 2008 on the island of Hven in the Öresund Strait, producing small-batch organic spirits from copper pot stills. Range: Hvenus Rye Whisky (chocolate, roasted coffee, almonds, vanilla tannins), Organic Gin (sweet, peppery, light juniper and citrus), Organic Navy Strength Gin (liquorice, oak, juniper, vanilla spice), and Organic Vodka (ocean, seaweed, caramel, cut hay).
