Thomas H. Handy Sazerac Rye is one of the six annual Buffalo Trace Antique Collection (BTAC) releases — an uncut, unfiltered straight rye whiskey bottled at cask strength, typically in the mid-to-high 60% ABV range. Named after Thomas H. Handy, who purchased the Sazerac Coffee House in New Orleans in 1869. Consistently one of the highest-rated rye whiskeys released each year. Limited allocation, released annually in the fall.
