Glenfiddich is the world’s most awarded single malt Scotch whisky, produced at the Glenfiddich Distillery in Dufftown, Speyside, since 1887. Founded by William Grant and still family-owned, Glenfiddich was the first distillery to actively market single malt Scotch to a global audience — largely responsible for building international awareness of the category. The house style is light, fruity, and approachable: fresh pear, apple, citrus, and gentle vanilla from predominantly American and European oak aging.
The core range spans the accessible 12 Year (fresh pear and oak) through the 15 Year Solera (honey, spice, sherry complexity from a continuous solera system), the 18 Year (deeper oak and dried fruit), and the prestige 21 Year Gran Reserva (finished in Caribbean rum casks) and Grand Cru 23 Year (finished in French cru Champagne casks). Limited and rare expressions include the 30 Year, 40 Year, and annual single cask releases.

Speyside — the most prolific whisky-producing region in Scotland, in the valley of the River Spey in Moray. Dufftown, where Glenfiddich is produced, is sometimes called the whisky capital of the world and is home to more distilleries per square mile than anywhere else in Scotland.
The 15 Year uses a solera system — a large vatting vessel (called the Solera Tun) that is never fully emptied. New 15-year-old whisky is blended in as older whisky is drawn off, meaning the Tun always contains traces of the oldest whisky ever put in. The result is a consistent, honeyed, and complex expression with sherry, spice, and malt character significantly different from the 12 Year.
A 23-year-old single malt finished in French cru Champagne casks — the Champagne cask adds floral, brioche, and subtle effervescent complexity to the mature Speyside base. A prestigious and distinctive expression designed for collectors and enthusiasts who know the standard range well.
