Flor Del Desierto Sotol is produced in Chihuahua, Mexico by maestro sotoleros using traditional pit-roasting, natural fermentation, and small-batch distillation of the Dasylirion (Desert Spoon) plant — distinct from agave. The Sotol Desierto (by Gerardo Ruelas Hernández) is earthy and smoky; the Sotol Sierra (by José Fernández) is more herbal and floral, reflecting the Sierra region’s diverse flora.
