FEW Spirits is a Evanston, Illinois craft distillery founded in 2011, producing bourbon, rye, gin, and white whiskey from locally sourced grains in the town that was once home to the Women’s Christian Temperance Union — the prohibition movement’s founding city. The irony is intentional. FEW Bourbon and FEW Rye are among the most acclaimed craft whiskeys from the Midwest.
