Dingle

Dingle Distillery is one of Ireland’s first artisan distilleries, established in 2012 in County Kerry, producing small-batch gin (500-liter batches) distilled with botanicals foraged from Ireland’s wild Atlantic coast — including rowan berry, fuchsia, bog myrtle, hawthorn, and heather. The pot still vodka is quintuple-distilled and charcoal filtered. Dingle also produces single malt Irish whiskey aged in bourbon and sherry casks.
