What is the difference between Green and Yellow Chartreuse?

Green (55% ABV) is intense, herbal, and spicy — essential in the Last Word cocktail. Yellow (40% ABV) is milder with honey and saffron notes. V.E.P. versions are extra-aged collector expressions of both.

Made exclusively by Carthusian monks in the French Alps from a secret 130-botanical formula known only to two monks at a time. Production is deliberately limited, and V.E.P. expressions require extended aging.
