The brand uses a high-rye mash bill (64% corn, 30% rye, 6% malted barley) for a spicy, robust base, then extends range through innovative cask finishes: Sherry Cask (Oloroso, rich dried fruit), Madeira Cask (dark fruit and spice), XO Cognac Cask (smooth and sophisticated), and Honey Cask.
