Augier Cognac is one of the oldest cognac houses in Cognac, France — founded in 1643, making it the oldest cognac house still operating today. After centuries of relative obscurity, Augier was revived by Chivas Brothers (Pernod Ricard) with a focus on blending cognac with wine in innovative expressions. The L’Abeille and Le Sauvage expressions blend cognac with Champagne or other wines, creating a genuinely new category of cognac-adjacent spirits.
