Arette Tequila is produced by the Orendain family at the historic El Llano distillery in Tequila, Jalisco — a distillery with roots going back to the early 1900s. The Arette brand was introduced in 1986 to honor the horse “Arete,” which won two Olympic gold medals for Mexico in 1948. Made from 100% estate-grown blue agave with high fiber and low water content, Arette delivers a distinctly full-bodied, traditional tequila profile across its Blanco, Artesanal, Reposado, Suave Añejo, and Gran Clase Extra Añejo expressions.
Arette Blanco is bright and agave-forward with floral and fruity notes. The Artesanal Blanco uses traditional production for a more intense, mineral-driven agave character. The Suave Añejo is aged 20 months in used Four Roses and Jack Daniel’s barrels, producing honey, almond, and fresh apple notes with a long spiced finish. The Gran Clase Extra Añejo is aged 36 months in American White Oak — each bottle hand-decorated and produced in limited quantities.
