Each expression in the Alipus lineup is named after the village where it was made — San Andres, San Juan, Santa Ana, San Baltazar — reflecting the distinct terroir and production traditions of each community. All expressions are made from Espadín agave using traditional stone ovens, tahona or mallet crushing, and copper pot stills, offering a clear window into regional mezcal diversity.
