Wemyss Malts launches autumn single cask batch
Edinburgh-based independent bottler Wemyss Malts has released its latest batch of single cask whiskies aged between 11 and 36 years old.
The 12 expressions have been selected and approved by whisky writer Charlie Maclean. Each expression is bottled at natural colour and has been non-chill filtered. Each whisky has a name that reflects "the plethora of aromas and flavours that can be found in a single cask whisky". Names include Stewed Fruit Relish, Bittersweet Baklava and Trawlerman's Satchel.
