Soho Street Cocktails and Prezzo debut autumn flavours

Blackfish Brands-owned Soho Street Cocktails and Italian restaurant chain Prezzo have added two ready-to-pour cocktail flavours to their collaborative range: Spiced Apple and Pear Martini and Morello Cherry Sour.

The two have been introduced for autumn and join the Espresso and Pornstar Martini on the lineup – the original flavours from when the range was introduced in March. The Apple and Pear Martini features vodka blended with apple and pear juice, plus a hit of Angostura bitters. The Morello Cherry Sour, meanwhile, is said to be ‘bold’ and ‘fruity’ and is made from gin, Morello cherry juice and a squeeze of lemon. Both cocktails come in 1.5-litre recyclable pouches and are vegan, gluten-free and free from artificial colours and flavourings. Dominic Hawksworth, senior bar and beverage manager at Prezzo, said: “Collaborating with the team at Soho Street on our new seasonal cocktails has been extremely exciting and delicious. “Throughout the development process, we have managed to deliver a range of exceptional seasonal Italian flavours in a style of cocktail that can sometimes be more challenging for the bartender to create. We’re proud of the results and consistency of serve and glasses full of flavour for all who enjoy them.” Soho Street aims to make it ‘as easy as possible for bar staff to create consistent, hand-crafted cocktails every time’. The brand recommends pouring the pouches into a cocktail shaker with two or three cubes of ice, before shaking vigorously for seven seconds and serving in a cocktail glass with a garnish. The new autumn flavours can now be found in Prezzo restaurants across the UK. At the start of the year, Soho Street Cocktails launched a range of bar-ready garnishes.
