Sixtowns expands and unveils pink gin

English spirits producer Sixtowns has almost completed its distillery expansion and is preparing to launch a pink gin this month.

The brand is in the midst of transforming its 3,500-square-foot site into its new distillery. Located in the World of Wedgwood, Stoke-on-Trent, England, the facility will house a shop, cocktail bar and its own gin school. Due to open later this year, the distillery will offer guided tours, gin tastings and cocktail masterclasses. Furthermore, the producer is gearing up to launch Sixtowns Pink Gin this August, not long after securing a Silver medal for its London Dry Gin in The Gin Masters 2022 blind-tasting competition. Vitalijs and Alex Rackovs, founding owners of Sixtowns, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have received The Spirits Business’ Gin Masters 2022 Silver award. This is a ringing endorsement of our generational expertise and to receive this recognition fills our hearts with pride and hope of many more accolades to come. “We continue to be inspired by the tremendous craftsmanship we are lucky to be able to employ in producing our stunning craft spirits. “To celebrate we are releasing a limited edition silver design bottle, which is confined to just 1,000 bottles and still contains our award-winning gin of course. Watch out too for our new product – Sixtowns Pink Gin, launching in August.”
