It is perfect timing to join forces with Manchester Airport, working closely together to drive the airport as the Gateway to Cumbria and The Lakes Distillery.” Manchester Airport handles around 25 million passengers per year and serves destinations across Europe, the Americas, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Stephen Ma, liquor, tobacco and food trading manager at the store, added: “I am very excited in seeing another addition to our premium gin range. “With the Lake District being a major tourist attraction and Manchester Terminal 1 having the exclusivity in selling a multi-award-winning product, The Lakes Gin and will be a great parting gift for the customer’s onward journey.” Earlier this month The Lakes Distillery announced it had secured travel retail listings with Gebr.
