Few Spirits debuts Bourbon, rye and malt blend

Chicago-based distillery Few Spirits has added a blend made with Bourbon, rye and cherry wood-smoked malt whiskeys to its portfolio, called Few American Whiskey.

Few American Whiskey is described as having a “complete balance” of sweet, spice and smoke flavours. It is said to have tart cherry notes with a hint of smoke, leading to a “subtle” white pepper and honey finish. Bottled at 46.5% abv, Few American Whiskey is available to purchase from select liquor stores in Chicago and New York at an RRP of US$49.99 per 750ml. Paul Hletko, founder and distiller of Few Spirits, said: “It all started with a unique cherry wood-smoked single malt we created, which is delicious but defied category rules. “We loved the flavour of this whisky and were especially blown away by how it mingled and married with our Bourbon and rye.”
