Soft drinks manufacturer Fentimans has expanded its offering of botanically brewed mixers with the launch of an apple and blackberry-flavoured expression.Fentimans Apple & Blackberry has been launched following the increased demand for "craft drinks", which the brand says has led consumers to seek out more “flavour experiences”. Fentimans marketing director, Andrew Jackson, said: “Being British is embedded in the DNA of the Fentimans brand. There is nothing more quintessentially British than red apples and juicy ripe blackberries in late summer. “Our latest flavour innovation has been rigorously tested, and we are confident that this latest addition combines the superior flavour experience consumers are seeking, with a unique British twist”. The latest mixer from Fentimans combines its botanical brewing process with the combination of “crisp apple and blackberries to create a fresh and authentic taste”. Fentimans Apple & Blackberry will be available in 275ml and 750ml bottles with an RRP of £1.25 (US$1.65) and £2.90 (US$3.80) respectively. The launch will be supported by an outdoor, digital marketing and experiential campaign. Last year, the mixer brand launched a new spirits pairing guide that included gin, vodka, agave spirits, rum, whisk(e)y, and fruit brandy, as well as wine.
