Michelin-starred Fera at London hotel Claridge’s has released its own small batch gin inspired by flavours found in the restaurant’s cuisine.

Created in the Fera Development Kitchen using a rotary evaporator and British-sourced ingredients, Fera Gin is made using botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica, orris and apple marigold. Described as having a ‘round, smooth and viscous texture’ with ‘vegetal flavours’ and a ‘dry finish’, Fera Gin is available to purchase as a gin and tonic, or by the bottle for an RRP of £60 per 700ml. Head bartender Ale Villa and the sommelier team at Fera spent two years perfecting the Fera Gin recipe, of which only 10 bottles will be created each week. It is bottled at 43% abv.
