Now, after a second cask maturation, their whiskey boasts an extraordinary and rare finish. Tasting Notes Aroma: Refreshing citrus meets sweet caramel apple and orchard fruits with a hint of beeswax. Palate: The flavors of apple blossoms, stewed pineapple, dried apple slices, and toasted walnuts come together in a harmonious blend. Finish: A delightful mix of apple turnover, mellow oak, vanilla, dried cherries, and banoffee pie make for a satisfying end to this 100 proof (50% ABV) whiskey.
