Description
Our 2017 Rose9 is produced using the traditional Saignee method. After 24 hours of skin contact, Pinot Noir juice was bled off the fermenters and fermented in stainless steel tanks. A slow, cool fermentation was used to preserve the delicate flavors and aromas of fresh cut strawberry and watermelon. Lime zest complements the bouquet and provides acidity against the palate of raspberry.
