30% barrel fermented, batonnage, aged sur lie and 70% tank fermented, yielding a chardonnay with the best of both worlds. It shows complex aromas of Asian pear, lemon zest and apple blossoms that are lifted by white nectarine and cream filled pastry on the mid palate.Unfortunately, we can't ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses.
