Great Addition to Your Rye Collection
Not bad! Dickel has made great strides in the craft direction of late, and this is on par with some other interesting ryes currently on the market (especially from Redwood Empire as a close comparison). Full body, heavier mouth-feel, long legs, and a balanced profile of spice, earth, and sweetness. Excellent neat, and also makes an exceptional Manhattan paired with a good vermouth.
