You sent me the wrong wine.

I asked for the Dry Estate wine and you sent me the sweet wine. I can get that at my local grocery store. I specifically wanted the dry Riesling because I’ve been to this vineyard in Germany and love that wine. I was so excited to see I could get it through you and extremely disappointed when what I actually got was the Spatlese…aka sweet…not dry. I wasted $50 in shipping for something I could pick up on my own. Very very disappointed.

Love the wine, very high shipping costs. Yikes

I have loved Schloss Vollrads ever since a friend introduced me to it in 1972. It’s almost impossible to find it locally so I was very happy to find it in stock at Wooden Cork. All 6 bottles arrived in excellent condition and carefully packed but at a shipping charge of over $60 dollars my enthusiasm was dampened a bit. Will enjoy sparingly.
