The aromas fill the glass. Wheat and corn are at the forefront, offering a reminder of cornbread. Further in the background, hints of orange peel, toffee, vanilla, and anise emerge from the wood. On the palate, the bourbon is thick and voluminous. Dark cherries, cooked blackberries, vanilla, toffee, and a light cinnamon are tasted alongside orange peel and spice. Its flavor is vibrant. Finishing medium-length, it's warming and satisfying.
