Mal Bien is a small-batch collection of mezcal and agave spirits produced by traditional mezcaleros across Oaxaca. Expressions include Espadin (Morales family, San Dionisio Ocotepec — pit-roasted 6 days on encino/mesquite, tahona-milled), Ramos Espadin (Victor & Emanuel Ramos, Miahuatlán), Arroquéño (pit-cooked 8–10 days), Madrecuixe, and Tobixiche — each a distinct terroir expression from 3rd and 4th generation mezcaleros.
